A Nia JAM is when two or more Nia teachers come together and create a Nia class experience with a varied music playlist based upon routines familiar to each teacher.  This pop-up Term 2 Nia JAM is a classic Nia class experience lead by experienced Nia teachers; Alison Whitton and Amanda Hanna-Doull.  Come and experience Nia variety in class delivery, music and choreography alongside beginners and seasoned Nia groovers.
