Classic Nia Classes

Each Nia class experience combines music, mindfulness and dynamic movement to leave you physically energised, mentally clear and emotionally balanced.  Nia classic workouts combine simple yet powerful movement sequences inspired by dance, martial arts and healing arts to condition and enliven body, mind, emotion and spirit.  Nia is non-impact, practised barefoot and adaptable to individual needs.
