EACH CLASS EXPERIENCE combines music, mindfulness and dynamic movement to leave you physically energised, mentally clear and emotionally balanced.
Every workout features simple yet powerful movement sequences inspired by dance, martial arts and healing arts to condition and enliven body, mind, emotion and spirit. Classes are non-impact, practised barefoot and adaptable to individual ability and preferences. Also, both FORM & FREEDOM co-exist in a holistic dance fitness class. Form, to challenge us to break out of movement habits and learn new movement patterns. Freedom, to ignite the spirit and unleash self-expression. We do our very best to create an inclusive, non-judgmental, supportive space for anybody to join us in cultivating health and wellness through movement. |
