15 CLASS TERM pass
CLASS BOOKINGS
  • Firstly, click here to purchase the 15 Class Term Pass and you'll be guided through an easy process to create an account on the Momence booking system for those who do not already have an account.
  • It is strongly suggested that you book in for class(es) as space may be limited (eg. Saturday morning class in Studio 1 is limited to 10 students).  Book via Momence using your class credits. 
  • If class is fully booked, you'll be placed on the waitlist and informed via email.
  • If you are unable to attend a class you have booked, please cancel your booking at least 2 hrs prior to class to ensure that the class credit can be used for a future class booking during term and as a courtesy to free up space for another.  This is especially important for Saturday morning Nia classes.
  • If a class booking is cancelled within 2 hrs of class or is not cancelled at all, the class credit will not be refunded into your Momence account.  For unforeseen circumstances please contact Alison to discuss.
  • If you do not have a smart phone or easy access to a computer to manage your bookings, please text Alison in advance so she can book or cancel a booking on your behalf (24 hrs notice is appreciated if possible).

  • For those who do not use Momence, you'll receive a Class Pass to keep in your wallet that will state your pass expiry and number of classes. Self track class attendance by marking a class off your pass each time.

​BENEFITS
  • Receive 2 FREE* Nia classes.  Pay for 15 classes and receive 17 class credits in your Momence account.
  • Receive an additional 3 FREE Nia classes if purchase pass during the Earlybird period, taking your class total to 20.
  • If you use up all your Term Pass class credits before the end of term, receive additional classes during term at $9.50 casual.
  • Receive a complimentary 2-class gift voucher valued at $40 per pass to give the Gift of Nia to a friend.  Available on request.
  • Best Value and lowest per class rate at < $9.50 per class.

​VALIDITY
  • Valid for the period of the term only.  If the term is less than the usual 10 weeks all Term Pass prices will be reduced accordingly.
  • Not valid for workshops or special Nia events during school holidays or outside of regular weekly classes.

GENERAL
  • Cannot be paused, shared or extended beyond the period of the term, so please plan accordingly.
  • Cannot be shared with friends or family (if you'd like a friend to come to class, consider using your complimentary 2-class gift voucher valued at $40, available to 15 Class Term Pass holders for free as a bonus of your pass. Available on request).
  • May be transferred to a friend / family member in the event the pass holder cannot use the remainder of the pass.
  • Refunds will only be offered in the following instances:
           * If classes are changed in any way, eg. change of day, time or venue.
           * If more than one Saturday and more than one Thursday class is cancelled during term (eg. due to teacher illness) a refund will
              be paid to all students who are booked into class.  Note: if you're not booked into a class that is cancelled you will not  
              receive a refund. The amount refunded will be based upon the per class price of the Term Pass the student has.
              Explanation: Each term pass price including any free classes added to the pass allows for one week of class cancellations (or one Saturday and one
                 Thursday) where no refunds will be made. If no classes are cancelled and a full term of classes are delivered then Term Pass holders receive the free
                 class(es) that are added to the pass as well as any bonus FREE Earlybird class credits.

8 CLASS TERM pass

  • Lower per class rate at $15 (compared with $20 casual).

TASTER CASUAL CLASS

  • Firstly, click here to view Alison's Nia class schedule.  Click on the Book now button for the class you wish to attend, then click on the Book Now button again.  Enter your details and proceed to payment.
  • If you are unable to attend a class you have booked, please cancel your booking at least 2 hrs prior to class to ensure that the class credit can be used for a future class booking and as a courtesy to free up space for another.  This is especially important for Saturday morning Nia classes which are limited to 10 students.
  • If a class booking is cancelled within 2 hrs of class or is not cancelled at all, the class credit will not be refunded.  For unforeseen circumstances please contact Alison to discuss.
  • If class is fully booked, you'll be put on the waitlist and advised via email.  Regular students are asked to cancel a class booking that they cannot attend at least 2 hours prior to class, so you may move off the waitlist into class within that timeframe and will be advised via email.

  • It is strongly suggested that you book in for class(es) as space may be limited (eg. Saturday morning class in Studio 1 is limited to 10 students).
  • If class is fully booked, pass will be extended to compensate for waitlisted class(es).
  • If you are unable to attend a class you have booked, please cancel your booking at least 2 hrs prior to class to ensure that the class credit can be used for a future class booking and as a courtesy to free up space for another.  This is especially important for Saturday morning Nia classes.

VALIDITY
  • Valid for people who are new to Nia or new to Nia with Alison only.
  • Valid for 2 months of active classes (validity extended by 2 weeks during term breaks and extended for a longer period over Xmas / NY holidays when no Nia classes are offered).
  • Not valid for workshops or special Nia events outside of regular weekly classes, however they are valid for the Nia class part of a workshop.

GENERAL
  • Cannot be paused or shared.
  • May be transferred to a friend / family member in the event that the pass holder cannot use the rest of the pass.

Intro to nia - 6 week class series
  • CLASS BOOKINGS
  • Firstly, click here to purchase the Beginners 6 class series and you'll be guided through an easy process to create an account on the Momence booking system.  Following purchase, Alison will book you into the first 6 Thursday classes.
  • If you are unable to attend a class you are booked for, please cancel your booking BY 4PM ON THE THURSDAY of class to ensure that the class credit can be used for a future class booking and as a courtesy to free up space for another.  
  • If a class booking is cancelled after 4pm or is not cancelled at all, the class credit will not be refunded into your Momence account and a $$ refund will not be offered if class is cancelled.  For unforeseen circumstances please contact Alison to discuss.
  • If you cannot attend one of the first 6 Thursday classes, you may book into a Saturday morning class instead or a Thursday class later in term.  Note; bookings are strongly encouraged, especially for Saturday Nia as space is limited to 10 students.
  • If you do not have a smart phone or easy access to a computer to manage your bookings, please text Alison in advance so she can sign you up for a class or cancel a booking on your behalf (24 hrs notice is appreciated if possible).
